In general, Squamous cell (Cancer) OCT images should appear completely abnormal.  The epithelium will appear brighter than the stroma.  All layers will contain "patchyness" of color.  It will be impossible to tell the distinction between the epithelium and stroma.  There will be almost no structure whatsoever, and the image will contain vertical "motion".
