In general, CIN 3 OCT images should appear very abnormal.  The epithelium will appear brighter than the stroma in most cases.  Both layers will contain "patchyness" of color.  The distinction between the epithelium and stroma will become harder to see.  Overall structure seen in the image is very poor. There may also be motion in the image.
