CIN 3
On the left is the image of the cervix.  In the center is the baseline OCT or standard normal image.  On the right (1st quadrant) is the image under investigation. The black spot most likely represents a fluid-filled space.  In this image it impossible to distinguish a normal epithelium.  The top area is much brighter than it should be.  Overall, this image is lacking some structure, but it is not vertically streaming.  Therefore, it is clear that this image is not normal, CIN1, or cancer.  This image could be mistaken for CIN 2 because of the slight amount of structure.
